Intelligence that can be traced, reviewed, and challenged.

01

Collect with control.

Acquire information from approved public sources under explicit source, purpose, and retention rules.

02

Connect the evidence.

Link organisations, relationships, events, and changes across sources without erasing their origins.

03

Keep humans in authority.

Software proposes claims, contradictions, and changes. Authorised reviewers decide what becomes established.

04

Deliver what can be checked.

Build investigations, situational pictures, and evidence packages that remain traceable outside Thea.

Traceability: Every established finding retains its evidence, history, reviewer decision, and stated limitations.

APPROVED SOURCES

Controlled collection from public registers, APIs, notices, and documents, with source terms and provenance recorded.

CONNECTED EVIDENCE

Entities, relationships, events, and changes connected across sources without collapsing the underlying records.

HUMAN REVIEW

Models can surface patterns and propose findings. Authorised people establish, amend, reject, or revoke them.

VERIFIABLE OUTPUTS

Reviewable investigations, situational pictures, and evidence packages designed to remain traceable beyond the platform.

// built for

Work where the source matters as much as the answer.

Public authorities

Build a reviewable picture from fragmented public information while retaining institutional control.

Municipalities

Connect suppliers, contracts, organisations, indicators, and changes across public sources.

Investigators & journalists

Follow entities and relationships without losing the evidence behind a finding.

Compliance & risk

Bring relevant records and changes together with a source trail that can be checked later.

European intelligence should remain explainable and under European control.

Fragmented sources

Important facts already exist across registers, notices, documents, languages, and borders. Few workflows connect them reliably.

Black-box answers

An answer without its source, history, and limitations is difficult to trust, challenge, or use in a public decision.

Thea

Keeps evidence attached, separates fact from inference, and leaves authority with the people responsible for the decision.

Direct answers about sources, review, and control.

Thea is evidence-first OSINT infrastructure being built for European investigators and public institutions. It connects fragmented public information into findings that retain their sources, history, reviewer decisions, and limitations.

Thea is designed for public authorities, municipalities, investigative teams, journalists, and compliance or risk functions whose work must remain reviewable after an answer has been produced.

Datasets can be part of an engagement, but the platform is built around the full path from an approved source to a reviewable finding. The distinction is not simply more records; it is preserving the evidence and decisions that make an output defensible.
