1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Conversation requests and contact emails

When you request a conversation, we collect your email address, the form source, and the date and time of your request. We use this information to respond and arrange a conversation about your sources, decisions, and information needs.

We process this information with your consent. Requesting a conversation is optional, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before your withdrawal. We do not use this information for newsletters or other direct marketing unless you make a separate choice to receive it.

If you contact us by email, we use your contact details and message to respond. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and communicating with people interested in our work.

3. Technical hosting data

When you visit our website, our server processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser information to deliver the page. We do not keep access logs. When you submit a conversation request, your IP address is held in server memory for up to ten minutes to limit abuse. It is not saved to the database or linked to your email address. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

4. Service providers and international processing

The website and database run on a server in Sweden that we administer.Hostup AB provides the server and processes technical hosting data and conversation requests on our behalf. Form submissions are stored and processed within the EU/EEA. Our email provider processes information when you email us or when we reply.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep personal data

We keep conversation-request information for no longer than one year after you submit it. An automated process regularly removes older records, and we delete a record earlier if you withdraw consent. We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up. We do not keep access logs of website visits.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• delete your personal data;
• restrict how we use your personal data;
• provide information you gave us in a portable format; or
• stop processing based on our legitimate interests.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website currently uses no cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or persistent browser storage. Language is selected through the URL and is not saved on your device.
